Absolutely excellent! Used orange liquer instead of brandy. Added extremely finely grated orange peel and confectioner's sugar to the whipped cream and decorated with candied orange zest (fine orange zest covered with granulated sugar for a few hours) and a few small pieces of dark chocolate. Guests were awe struck! Definitely a repeat recipe.
