So YUMMY!!!!!
I made this exactly how the recipe said and it turned out so delicious. My husband said this was a company meal for sure. I would lengthen the cook time by about 10 to 15 min. more. After 25 min. the chicken still seemed a little pink inside, so flavourful. I will be making this again and again. It was so guick and easy.

This was very tastey!!
I tried this recipe and I loved it!! Everyone else liked it as well!! The thing that I will do different next time is add lots more veggies!! Give it a try you will love it!!

Loved it!
I did make a few changes..... 1. I used perdue perfect portions chicken breast. 2. I used roasted red peppers in a jar. 3. I used weight watchers low fat whipped cream cheese, cut down on some of the fat and calories. 4. I had baby carrots at home so I just put them in the food processor. I will definately make this dish again! Real easy and nice change for chicken. I served it with steamed brocoli and sweet potato very colorful presentaion.
