I don't know if this is healthy
Do you know what this recipe would do to a person on a restricted salt intake? 2558mg may equal to almost 5 days of salt consumption. Unless this is a typographical error an explanation is necessary, if not ..... My rating is low because of the sodium. I will never make it.

Yikes
Good grief, but are we ignoring both calories and sodium content now? Holy cow wow, but this recipe is a heart attack waiting in the wings.........yikes, but I could rework this thing in two minutes to be heart healthy and good for folks of all weights. Why haven't your editors done the same? I'm not paid to do so, but, well, hmmmmmmmm, they are. As Rachel Ray says, "All things in moderation." And this isn't even close. Again, yikes.

almost breakfast
we did these for lunch, but they almost seem like a breakfast food. used a mild italian sausage as i didn't think the kids would like spicy. i'd like to try it again and add a veggie to it. maybe spinach or a bell pepper.
