More like a 4-hour recipe
How can you call this a 30-minute soup when it starts with dried black beans, which need to be soaked and cooked for several hours?

This was a very good soup on a chilly midwest day. I substituted 1 Tbsp bottled chipotle sauce for the chipotle pepper and used ground cumin rather than whole. The cilantro garnish added a nice note.
