Easy recipe. Used cocoa powder in place of the unsweetened chocolate. 3 tbsp cocoa powder + 1 tbsp unsalted butter = 1 oz unsweetened chocolate block. Just add the additional butter quantity to what is called for in the recipe, cocoa powder to the flour.

My Suggestion:
I have not made these yet but I would use Nestle Choco Bake Premelted Unsweetened, chocolate envelopes. Easy to use jus place 4 (1 oz each) envelopes in warm/hor water for a few seconds cut open and sqeeze out the chocolate.

Yummi but not too easy!
I just made them. I used powdered cocoa instead of the usweeted chocolate. I had to leave them a 10 minutes longer than the time suggested. It was worth the effort!
