What a fantastic idea for a cool lunch, and the addition of some lettuce and a slicce of tomatoe with salt and pepper..WOW....who cars if there are 57 gms of fat..it's not like you're going to eat one every day!!!

small changes to decrease fat :)
This is a super yummy recipe if you like Egg Salad. Yes, it is high in fat, but an experienced cook knows that there are ways to decrease fat in every recipe. Just use fat free mayo in this recipe and you have a fabulous low fat sandwich.

Egg Salad Sandwich
1/2 cup Mayo to 4 eggs for 2 servings of egg salad seems entirely too much and 57 grams of fat per serving seems obscene, in my humble opinion.
