Potatoes & Onions in Recipe
In the Recipe, Scroll down to 5th paragraph under Directions. Starts with Melt and gives directions: Melt the butter in a large ovenproof pan or skillet. Add the potatoes and onions, and mix together well. Sauté over medium-high heat until browned and then season with salt and pepper. Transfer the pan to the oven and roast for 10 to 15 minutes, until crisp.

What happened to the diced potatoes!
This recipe is not very clear at the end where after you dice the potato strips and saute the onions.....It states pour the onion mixture over the steak, but what happened to the diced potatoes?? Where they supposed to be mixed in with the onions or put separately on the plate. Also could you please edit your recipes before you publish them! Would you please e-mail me with an answer as to what you do between the potatoes and the onion mixture.
