Delicious
I love, love, love beets and since I had an abundance of them in my garden, I looked for a borscht to make that was a little different than the usual. This was it. Though is was time consuming, the final product was yummy.

worthy recipe
The soup was well received by my family. The text of the recipe includes what I gather is a typographical error when it refers to adding garlic when I think (at least from the list of ingredients) onion is intended.
