Brisket Delicious!
This is a show stopper recipe for any a dinner party or big family feast! The best part is all the left overs,if any! HERE'S the SECRET: watch that oven temp. Keep it at 325 degrees and do keep it in the oven for the time recommended (3 1/2 hours) tightly covered...I put aluminum foil under the lid. Do check if it needs more liquid after 2 1/2 hrs., just in case...! ENJOY!

This recipe is the best tasting brisket ever - the prep time can be made easier in terms of using a hand blender to puree the gravy rather than putting it through a strainer. Whichever way you do it, it is fabulous!!!!!

This is an incredible recipe we make for special occassions. The only down side is the extensive prep time, but it is well worth it.
