Satisfying and Enjoyable
I made these cookies for a beach party. The only trouble I had was getting the cookie dough to firm up. After 2 hours in the refrigerator, I put them in the freezer for awhile, then refrigerated them. This made for easier slicing. The filling is amazing. I did not use any nuts and drizzled while chocolate on top. Everyone loved the cookies. They were very satisfying and so rich that 1 or two depending on the size you make were enough. I've been asked for the recipe.
