Good flavor - lousy recipe
If you steam the peeled and chunked sweets, they cook much faster and you don't need to add all that sugar (OJ) or change the flavor (milk) or add fat (milk). If you want the orange flavor, a ounce (or less) will do it, or simply add grated peel for all the flavor without the added sugar. When I steam sweets, I never add liquid to mash them.
