Very Tasty
While these muffins were wonderfully tasty, I wasn't paying attention when I mixed the batter. With as much orange juice as cited in the recipe there should be NO baking powder involved (baking powder is basically baking soda with acid). I haven't tried it yet, and although powder is only 1/4 the strength of soda, I thing making this with a full 4 teaspoons of the baking soda. Also, I'd suggest using only 1 teaspoon of salt.

Fabulous
My whole family loved these muffins. I love using the whole wheat flour and rolled oats for healthy eating. I only used 3/4 Tbl of the salt and could have still used less I'm sure. We also used Montana Huckleberries in place of the blueberries and they were divine. My first dozen were a little flat so I filled the muffin cups on the second pan and they are much better. A recipe I will be sure to repeat!!
