Great Recipe
This is for BEV, who needs to know @ Cashew Butter! If you can't find it at Trader Joe's*!* You can always make it yourself, Just swirl your cashews in your Cuisinart or blender; Just purchase 2 Cups of Raw Cashews, or Almonds (they R FAB eaten out of hand, so creamy) Whirl in Blender until fine. Add just enough of any good vegetable oil (w/no flavor) to make a paste (watch carefully & do this w/blender running, drizzle slowly) REFRIGERATE in closed container! ENJOY*

Fluffy and dry - not moist or chewy. Very disappointing.

I made this for my daughter in law. She really enjoyed them. Then the next time I made them I used cashew butter instead. Cashew butter has a sweeter taste so I took off 1/4 cup from the sugars and it really turned out fantastic.
