Delicious, but makes a tiny amount.
I loved the idea of this recipe, especially the use of whole wheat flour. I made one adjustment--first I beat the egg whites, then mixed the other ingredients and folded the egg whites in. It makes for a fluffier waffle. Next time I make this I will double or triple the recipe, as it only makes 2-3 waffles.
