too hard
I thought this recipe was too hard to make given the small amount that it yielded. I also couldn't scoop it into a ball easily, and it melted super fast as soon as it hit the bowl. I removed the seeds with a wire mesh strainer because who wants seeds in their sorbet? This recipe can be doubled, and it doesn't need superfine sugar, granulated sugar is fine because it disolves in cooking. I won't keep this recipe or make it again.
