Refreshing summer dessert
5-stars PLUS for taste and texture, but recipe was misleading, 4 stars directions carefully in advance and you'll be golden. Also, it took a min. of 20 mins. to reduce the sugar/coconut milk by half--not five. Says during this process mixture may turn brown (caramelization I guess),it didn't. All that being said, I reduced by half and proceeded with recipe and it was delicious. The sorbet texture PERFECT, even after 2 days in freezer. Used coconut extract bc of kids; next time, rum!
