Great, and gluten-free
For a gluten-free version, I used 1/2 cup soy granules (TVP) instead of bread crumbs. My husband is still raving about it!

Fairly Good
The spaghetti sauce was very good. Although, I added some fried onions and minced garlic in the sauce. Placing the sauce in a blender makes a nice, smooth consistency. The meatballs were very bland. They need some garlic and other seasonings to make them pop.
