Yummy changes to this green rice dish.
After reading the comment that it is a bland dish I did the following: Added one teaspoon sea salt to plain water in which I cooked the rice with the bay leaf, sauted 1 clove minced fresh garlic in one tbl olive oil and 2 tbl butter. I added the spinach to this and then the rest of fresh ingredients. I folded the rice into this mixture and served. It was really delicious, tasty and satisfying!

Needs improvement
It looked pretty but was very bland. Probably better to saute some thinly sliced garlic and add that to the spinach. Needs salt and pepper and maybe adding some grated Parmesan would make this yummy.
