High calory and fat content?
Why are the calory count (880) and the fat content (75 mg) so high in this recipe? The culprit might be the two cups of olive oil used in the marinade, but most of the marinade remains in the bowl when the shrimp are removed for final grilling.

Seriously? 2 cups oil for 4-6 servings? That is way too much and takes a healthy dish and makes it SO fattening. I will just use a few tablespoons of oil, thank you.

Very Refreshing!
We all loved this! I feared the jalapeno would be too spicy but it was fine. The onions I actually could have cut back on. Shrimp goes so well with fruit and if you use mangoes when they are in season, this teams up to be a great summer dish!

Pretty Darn Good - Added Avocado to salsa
a pretty good recipe - we added avocado to the salsa which gives it more depth. I'd make it again.
