Surprise For My Sister ~~
I'm going to surprise my 'Rhubarb and Gingerbread Lovin' Sister' with this! Well written recipe-(I know how to read!)-Easy directions to follow-(The instructions are divided into 'Caramel' and 'Cake'!)-More rhubarb, like beauty, is in the 'eye of the beholder'. The list if ingredients is awesome! And I just might add a bit more of some, but not so much as to compromise the integrity of the recipe itself. I'm really going to enjoy making this recipe, surprising my sister, and eating it. Kitzer

recipe is badly written
This was a really good dessert but it was very difficult to follow the recipe. I'm going to keep it but will be rewriting in in a way that makes it possible to know which butter goes where etc. It also needs more fruit.
