Creamy Little Cheesecakes
I made these for Mother's Day dinner and my family loved them. I did cut the calories some by using low fat graham crackers, neufchatel cream cheese and light sour cream. All those substitutions worked just fine. I will make them again.

Award-Winning! Sensational cheesecake
I chose to make this for a monthly "Iron Chef" party that a friend hosts. We are assigned a course (appetizer, salad, side, main, dessert) and we judge each other's dishes by secret ballot in several areas (Taste, Presentation, Creativity, Best Overall). This cheesecake was a smash hit: it won in EVERY category! I chose the almonds and Toblerone topping as the options. Simply amazing - I'm sharing it with my family this year at Christmas.
