Wrong size pan?
We thought this recipe sounded really good, and the parts of it that fell off tasted really good, the only problem was that when I used the 9" pan, it went well over the pan and the sides were falling off! I think with this recipe, a bigger pan is needed. Other than that, it was really good!!!!!

Awesome-delicious!!!
One of the best cheesecakes I have ever made! Very rich, but hey, if you are going to eat cheesecake, this is the way to go! The reviewer looking for chocolate wafers -- NABISCO makes them - they come in a rectangular box with a see-thru window across the front. The cookies are standing up side by side. A little bit high priced, but this isn't a dessert you make every day. I guess you could try using OREOS also - I have used them in other cheeesecake recipes! Bon Appetit!!

chocolate wafers
I went shopping to get the ingredients for this cake and couldn't find chocolate wafers anywhere. I will try a substitution but are the wafers no longer being produced?
