I love the versatility of being able to use a bread machine or not. I prefer just using a warm oven and a towel covered bowl to let the dough rise. I can get out my frustrations for the day by pounding that dough down and kneading it throughly by hand. Either way, in a machine or not, it makes a good loaf of egg twist bread. I like the traditional braids of the hand made loaf, but the bread machine yields perfect 'French Toast' bread, too.

This is for a bread machine ONLY and since I don't have a bread machine, I guess I can't make it. Therefor I have to rate this recipe as a bummer.
