Easy and Delicious!
This is so quick to make that I can prepare it as a weeknight meal. The mustard adds a great tang. This could easily be served at a special occasion meal. Nobody needs to know how easy it was to do!

Excellent, easy, elegant! I would not salt the tenderloin at all as I think it takes away from the dijon mustard. Very delicious!
