easy and so tasty
Couldn't resist buying a butternut squash at the farmer's market, luckily found this recipe, made it for company, worked out so very well. Easy to make and so very tasty, a real keeper, sure to make this again.

Butternut Squash
Very Good!! I was looking for a recipe for this. My Grandmother used to cut it in half, take out the seeds, put it in the oven upside down in a bit of water, bake, then turn them over and load them with butter and brown sugar. Oh so good!! The pecans make this!!
