Amazing casserole
We loved this recipe. I followed it almost exactly, except I reduced everything to make a smaller portion. I also did not add a final layer of tortillas to the top of the casserole.

Great Meal -
I've made this twice and it's a big hit with the family and neighbors. If you don't like it so hot, use less than the called for 6 tbs. of chili powder. Also, I used whole beans, not refried as those get lost in the casserole. Freezes great. Makes a lot, so it's good for a crowd....
