Fabulous!!
I didn't have leftovers--just made it fresh. It is SO good. These leftovers are even good cold right out of the fridge. I will definitely be making this again and again. Yes it's fattening but worth it!

Lighten Up?
If you want light recipes, why not got to a light recipe section. Why try to change the regular recipes to light and then give them bad ratings because they are not.

Lighten Up
I think this recipe could be lightened up by using 2% milk, maybe cheese lower in fat like low fat monzarella. I am going to try because it sounds very good and could be used as a main dish with a side salad. Let me know if anyone else has any ideas on making this recipe lighter.

Deep-Dish Spinach, Egg, and Spaghetti Pie
I read through this recipe and it sounds quite good. However, I was astounded to see that each portion contains 708 calories. That is half of my daily intake! I would have to have this recipe serve 10 to 12 in order for it to fit into my diet plan. Also, the recipe states that each portion contains 66 grams of carbs. That seems like an awful lot for one meal. I am diabetic and have to count my carbs in order to take the right amount of insulin. If I make it I will have to serve small portions.
