I substituted a few of the ingredients for what I had in my kitchen (I used a generic Jamaican jerk, and substituted cider vinegar for balsamic, and used frozen red and green peppers instead of fresh ones) but my husband loved the recipe, It was a nice change, and the pineapple and the spicy seasoning are a great combo. This recipe is super easy to do, and I though at first that 2tbls of flour wouldn’t be enough but it ended up being perfect.
