Similar to Fondue
When I serve fondue I usually have one broth and one oil fondue on the table - a universal favorite for the oil fondue is fried cheese. Mustard type dipping sauces are the best with it. I am not sure how well olive oil would work for cooking the cheese since the trick is to cook it hot and quickly but I am going to try this with a mild olive oil.

FRIED CHEESE
It is very similar to the QUESO FRITO the Latinos eat. We use cornstarch instead of flour and serve it with fried eggs and boiled yucca with red onions for breakfast or brunch. YUM!!!!
