MY GUESTS REQUEST THIS AT EVERY HOLIDAY!
This is my all-time favorite holiday dessert recipe. I have been making this for about 5 years now and no one ever tires of this dessert. It is a fabulous and easy to make recipe which is loved by all in my family - even those that don't like pumpkin pie love this light and creamy dessert. My family starts asking for this by Halloween and keeps requesting it straight thru the holidays.

Beautiful Presentation But Slicing Disaster
This is a visually appealing dessert and the taste is wonderful but it is a disaster when you cut into it. I'm thinking of adding some gelatin to the pumpkin layer. However, people loved it and didn't seem to mind scooping it up with a spoon. I'll make it again with some adjustments.

BEST EVER
I was looking for something new to make for thanksgiving and the pumpkin Charlotte came up. This was so good, even the the 2 and 5 year old eat it. I'll be making this one for Christmas too.

What a mess!
This dessert was light and tasted good, but didn't set up well even though I had it in the frig overnight. As soon as I removed the springform, it started to cave in. And when I cut into it, it fell into itself. It was very disappointing since I went to 3 stores before I could find ladyfingers.
