This is THE one!
This is a creme brulee recipe by which all other creme brulee recipes should be judged. I've only had better at one place (used to be called Bertolini's in Las Vegas). Yes, it's a killer on calories but well worth it for a once in a while treat. And ridiculously simple to prepare! Heed the advice of the first reviewer and whisk constantly. Also, do NOT make the mistake I once made by pouring the eggs into the hot cream... go the other way. This is THE recipe for creme brulee!

The best creme brulee recipe!
I am an educated pastry chef. I have used this recipe for years. I have yet to find a recipe for creme brulee that tops this one in ease and in taste. Highly recommend this recipe to anyone needing a VERY delightful dessert. You will surprise your entire dinner party. Warning: please make sure you are whisking the mixture the entire time while mixing eggs with cream. Otherwise, you will have scrambled eggs!!! Enjoy!

So easy. Quick. Absolutely delicious. Yikes the calories tho! Worth every extra minute on the treadmill!
