recipe can 'sound' good BUT
I always do a quick recipe review if it 'sounds' good. My first glance tells me by the length of the ingredient list and the length of the directions (both way too long for the corn/apricot muffins) whether I really want to invest all the money and time - for muffins? nope

I made this for church and everyone loved it. Fluffy, with hint of orange made it a great muffin. Mine didn't fluff up like in the picture though.
