made this with ground beef instead of cubed. I grilled up 2 anaheim chilis removed the veins and seeds and sauteed that up with the meat along with 1/2 white onion and 3 cloves of crushed garlic I added the chili verde salsa and let simmer for about 10-15 mins. I served it with a jicama and cabbage slaw instead of lettuce for more crunch. I made a honey and lemon and serrano chili dressing and served with a side of frijoles de olla. It was delicious. The left overs we turned into chilaquilles.
