Cornbread was ok
Cornbread took longer to cook than it stated. Was good but not great.

Lighter eggs Benedict
Great recipe for those that cannot eat bread made with yeast, however, to save tons of fat....use canadian bacon, and use low fat buttermilk. Tons of fat saved, yet flavor is not compromised . Make hollandaise and enjoy

NO!
This is the most horrific cornbread recipe I have ever seen. NO SUGAR IN CORNBREAD EVER. Nor do you put oil and flour in the pan as if you were baking a cake - you use a cast iron skillet, put in the oven and let oil heat up in the bottom - that's how you get that great crust on it. You are obviously NOT southern. Quit trying.

Disappointing itty bitty teenie tiny picture
Man, I'd pin it, if they didn't use such skimpy little pictures. I'll be the person who set up the presentation was disappointed to only have a thumbnail picture used, because I'll bet this was beautiful!

Wonderfully Awesome!
I made a very similar version of this and my husband love the combination of cornbread and Hollandaise sauce. I used left over cornbread. I was planning on using the standard English muffin, but they had mysteriously disappeared from the bread cabinet.
