Skin Didn't Crisp. Thyme Didn't Work.
Not bad, but nothing amazing. Skin wasn't as crispy as I hoped. Maybe start it at a higher temp then turn it down after 10 minutes. I also was not a fan of the taste of thyme with it. consider adding a drop of apple vinegar to the mix. I served with roasted potatoes and glazed carrots

still needs work
did this for the second time tonight. removed the skin and did a convection bake hoping that would crisp it up more. was better than the first time, but still not as crispy as i'd like. flavor was great, though.

Mustar-y, but good!
I used coarse ground mustard because that is what I had, and chicken legs instead of wings. otherwise I followed the recipe. I did not taste the seasonings at all-mostly just mustard. But if you like honey mustard, you will like this recipe. I will experiment with different mustards in the future.

Awesome
this chicken was a hit with the adults and kids alike. Really enjoyed the slightly tangy taste created by the mustard. Loved it.

Mabel, Mabel, Mabel -- Wild Oats is a store (Wild Oats Marketplace) and the stoneground mustard is their own brand. You don't put oats in the recipe. Hope this helps. Recipe just so-so in taste.

Quick and Easy Legs
i used a store brand stoneground mustard and i didn't have paprika so just skipped that entirely. the flavor was excellent. the only things i plan to change for next time are to do it with the paprika and to skin the legs prior to covering with the sauce as the pieces the didn't have as much skin were much more flavorful and crisper. the 3 yr old loved them, too, but also took the skin off.

Didn't care for this at all. Thyme overpowered the honey and mustard. I don't know how the chicken in the photo was cooked, but mine did not look like the picture. I'll go back to my old faithful "Hot Legs" receipe.

Great taste, but don't go by the photo. The photo shows what looks to be a flour dredged baked or fried chicken drummie dish. This recipe did not produce the chicken in the photo. The recipe is great and I will make it again soon.

all though I mistakenly used prepared mustard instead of dry this dish still had a wonderful flavor and was moist. I can wait to try it with dry mustard for that crispy texture.
