Not the best.
The best guacamole is made with homemade pico. Yummy!

Not good
Sugar, parsley and hot sauce in guacamole? I don't think so. Instead there should have been cilantro, jalapeno and definitely no sugar. Call this "the World's Best!" Think again!!!

SUGAR???? In Guacamole???
I never heard of sugar in guacamole! Parsley, either, for that matter. This is not what I'd call a very authentic recipe, and I think it's rather presumptuous to say it's the 'World's Best'. Make guacamole by taste. Mash up the avocados. Add a little onion, a little garlic, fresh chopped cilantro, cumin, a splash of lemon or lime juice, and a shot of salsa if you like. Mix it up, taste it, and adjust the seasoning. Maybe add a little salt to taste. Then, stir in some diced tomato.

So-So
This recipe was greatly improved by the addition of several finely diced jalapeno peppers (seeds removed)and some additional chopped cilantro in place of the parsley. Tabasco sauce is too harsh for the delicate flavor of avacadoes, so I omitted it entirely. For additional heat, I used a pinch of finely ground dried habanero which really did the trick (in spades!)

Very good (by the way Chris cannot spell)
Very good recipe. However, I omitted the sugar and added diced fresh plum tomatoes. ooo so good! Ladies, we are supposed to eat at least a few slices of avocado daily. Gentlemen, good for you too!
