Versatile!
I was so glad to see this recipe! I was just going through my freezer and found an abundance of filo pastry sheets, so I'm going to make my own filo cups! That being said... I tried a recipe like this a couple of years ago and was hooked... filo cups, currant jelly, a bit of brie with the rind removed & chopped macadamias! Sweet & savory in one bite.

If you can get your hands on fig preserves, it was a hit with my guests. I also added a few pieces of chopped walnuts between the preserve and the cheese.

Super easy and delicious straight from the oven. I got them ready ahead of time and then just popped them in at the last moment. I used an apricot paste that I found, but would be good with preserves or spread.
