Yum!
Wonderful and simple to make. This will become a new holiday staple for us. The only suggestion that I have is that it may need to be baked a bit longer than suggested, as the middle was too jiggly and consequently the crust was moister then I liked it & the sour cream topping pooled in the middle. Other then that it is amazingly tasty and gets better on the second and even better on the third day, if you still have any left!

sound more complicated than it its!
Made this last year at Christmas and it was a huge hit - even people who "don't like pumpkin" were going back for seconds. The flavor is subtle - not overpowering, and the recipe was very easy to put together. This will be a new holiday staple for my family.
