Yum!
Made this tonight for myself and my kids. It was great! My 9-year-old son asked what was in the sauce "because it's SO good!" I doubled the glaze and baked the salmon, and we drizzled the extra glaze over the cooked salmon and jasmine rice. This is definitely a keeper!

simple and great on veggies
I made this receipe last night to glaze tilipia filets that I wanted to grill on the BBQ. It tasted so good I glazed the sliced zucchini rounds and grilled them too. I was a bit skeptical with the Dijon Mustard, but I could not taste it once it was cooked. I am going to try this on pineapple next time. This glaze will be a staple in my refrigerator from now on.

Yumm-O
Normally I prefer my salmon grilled with just a little butter to keep it from sticking but since we've moved to the east coast the salmon is a little different so I started looking for recipes to liven my salmon up a little. I really like this one as it doesn't mask the flavor of the salmon but just enhances it. None of the ingredients are hard to find either. I would suggest though doing two coats of glaze during your cooking process as some wore off on the grill while I was cooking.

Easy, Fast, and Impressive
I followed the recipe exactly, and it was really good and really easy. I think it's a great recipe to make if you don't have a lot of time to cook, but you want to impress. My only suggestion would be to make a little bit extra glaze for after cooking. It has such a great flavor, but it's very faint after you grill the fish. Next time I make this I'll add a little on top just before I serve. Great recipe.
