A two-cup ramekin must be a Rambo-kin.

Fantastic!
I made this for Thanksgiving breakfast and was so happy with it. Sure, a picture is worth a thousand words, but just reading the ingredient list made me want to try it. To be honest, I use sausage and apples in my stuffing, so I figured I would make something that I already had the ingredients on hand. These puff pancakes were a huge hit with the whole family...from the youngest (2) to the oldest (90). I lost the recipe and was so happy to find it again. Please, don't hesitate to try this.

Yes, having photo is nice to select recipe quickly. Proof reader should edit .....what size ramekin. Also, scoop usually infers removing from...rather than adding...also bulk sausage...so you fry it, advice should state whether it is to be broken into small pieces, ready to add (on top) of pancake, etc. Since I haven't made the recipe as yet, how am I to rate it?

recipe calls for 6 2-cup ramekins. I assume this is an error as I have never seen a ramekin that large. What size ramekin are reviewers using?

MAKE THIS!
I agree that it is nice to have a picture with this recipe but I still made it and I am so glad! It is nice to have a mixture of protein, fruit, and sweet in the morning and this recipe delivers. If you struggle (like I do) with making a satisfying meal for all in the morning then this is one that you need to try. My kids and my husband loved this and asked for seconds. It is easy enough to make and worth it to have such a satisfying breakfast. I am making this again tomorrow morning!

Where's the picture??
I agree with the other reviewer. A picture says a lot about the recipe...Very helpful in deciding if I want to make it or not.
