9x13 pan
I'd just double the amounts. I often do this when I have a recipe for an 8 inch square. The cookies may be just a little thicker, but not an appreciable difference.

Response to Angelline - Chewy Coconut Bars
For a 9x13 pan - just double the recipe and add about 5 more minutes, will be a little thicker, but will be OK. This is kind of the standard for 8x8 to 9x13 - usually! Good luck and enjoy. P.S. I also agree with some of the others that adding nuts (Almonds for me) adds a different flavor and texture.

Perfect with 1 addition
I added white chocolate chips and it added that sweetness I was looking for. Starbucks has a cranberry bar and it has white chocolate so that is where I got the idea. My friend just drizzled with with white chocolate and that made a great presentation.

Just add nuts
I thought this recipe was okay. I will try it again, but I'll add nuts and maybe dark chocolate chunks next time. It seemed like it was missing something to me.

It sounds delicious but, how do I convert this to make in a 13x9x1" pan. I am always baking for a church group and I need to do large amounts.
