not very flavorful
My family found this recipe bland. If I make it next time, I'd add more mustard to the custard and more spices. I added sauteed onions, garlic and spinach to supplement the argula and more chicken herb sausage than what was called for. Lastly, this recipe tastes better the following day.

Great Brunch Recipe
I made this for dinner the first night and reheated it for breakfast the following day. I love the combination of flavors. I used arugula the first time round but may experiment with spinach the next time. I think the addition of leeks, mushrooms, or tomatoes would work well! This is a very versatile and delicious recipe

Everyone Loved it!
the name doesn't sound good but the recipe was great! even the kids liked it. it was simple and easy, I served with salad.
