Don't change the recipe!
Perfect, friends and family pleasing dish! I'm in the middle of Carolina Barbeque Country, but they all want me to be in charge of the pulled pork. I used a pork loin for less fat and kept to the recipe.

yummy but runny
As the previous reviewer, this was pretty runny. I think you could increase the tomato paste and use far less tomato sauce. Mine cooked for 10 hours in the slow cooker and still was quite runny when I was finished. The sauce was about the consistency of chicken broth! But otherwise, this was excellent.

Even better on the second day
This is a very easy and yummy recipe. It was even tastier a couple days later. It was a little runny, though... I'd recommend using more tomato paste to thicken it up.
