This was tasty and easy to whip up. I ended up using two eggs to get the patties to form, and I think next time I'll bake a salmon filet instead of using canned. The dill sauce was lemony & creamy...really complimented the salmon.

Salmom Cakes and Dill Sauce
This turned out great. I made it without adding the bread crumbs into the cakes. Instead I padded the cakes with Panko crumbs just before frying. It only made 4 cakes but ummm, good.

Wow, this took a bit of time to prepare, but well worth it. The dill sauce was so good. Since it is just the two of us we had two meals which definitely made it worth making.

This is a super recipe for the Salmon Cakes. It is the easiest one I have tried and it most delicious. I would make this again and again. I only added a few drops of hot sauce to give it a little kick and it was great. Thank You for such an Easy Recipe.
