Best Stew I've Ever Made
I made this last year for St. Patty's Day and it was absolutely delicious and very easy. My hubs said it was the best thing that I'd ever made, it was just that tasty. Had Irish Soda Bread Muffins, Michael Collins whiskey and Murphy's Ale with it -- you can't get more Irish than that or more authentic.

Great, easy stew!!!
This stew is not only fantastic but supper easy. Chop up everything and dump in a crock pot and let it do it's thing.
