Just fell a little short - will try again
Followed this recipe to the letter. The slaw was awesome and would make a great salad on its own. If you've ever had salt and pepper shrimp in a Chinese restaurant you know they are supposed to be crispy, which is what this recipe was going for. These were flavorful, but not crispy. I had also rinsed the shrimp prior to coating, so I wonder if they may have been too wet. I'm going to try this again with a combination of the rice flour and corn starch to see if that helps.

Loved it!
Made it as written except for adding some sliced carrot and extra peppers to the slaw, served over white rice. I accidentally added too much Five Spice, but that was okay. This was a very quick and satisfying meal, and I will be making it again.
