Great, Easy Recipe!
This is a great go-to-in-a-pinch recipe. I followed it exactly the first time. Now, not only do I NOT cut the meat up, I do not boil the salsa, etc. either. Everything goes in the pot once I have browned the meat. I have even made this with bone-in pork chops. We like a lot of sauce, so rather then boiling it down, I add Minute Quick Cooking Tapioca to thicken it. The dish is great with Spanish rice.

Hearty Meal - Good Flavors!
I think this was pretty good. I think it lacked a little salt and was really good over brown rice. It definitely needs the sour cream and cilantro for added flavors. I used canned tomatoes because I didn't have fresh.

YUM
This was fabulous!! I trimmed my own pork and cut it up , I may rethink that next time, just to time consuming. The flavor's were all outstanding and you could identify each one and they melded together well. I'm thinking about adding a jalapeno next time for a little kick. I did like the idea of adding alot of rice and rollilng in a tortilla that one reviewer wrote. I will be making this again and again..

Raves
My husband said this is the best dish I have ever made, he has not stopped raving about it. I wouldn't agree with it being 8 servings. Or maybe we just liked it too well!

Sooooo good!
Followed recipe. To give extra zing, I added some salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and cajun spices. Served it over jasmine rice. Meat was tender and delicious. Highly recommend this recipe.

Good!!
The only thing I changed in this recipe was NOT cutting the meat into chunks. I removed excess fat and threw the meat in the cooker. When it was cooked, I shredded the meat while the sauce was cooking. I made "enchilada's" with it and served with Spanish rice. Delicious! Next time I'll double the recipe to freeze and have on hand.

Make this for an interactive dinner - fun!
Made to the letter and it was wonderful I can imagine making a batch for a group, warm up some soft tortillas, some rice and beans, an assortment of condiments (hot sauces, chopped cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheese, etc.) and let everyone dig in.

Yumm - o!
This is easy and delicious! Great flavor! We served it over rice for the first meal and used leftovers as filling for enchiladas/soft tacos.

easy and oh-so tasty!
Throw it all in the slow-cooker and a few hours later you have the most flavorful shredded pork for burritos or whatever else you want to do with it.
