delicious!
The flavor in this recipe was fantastic. I thought it was going to be too sweet so I sauteed some prosciutto and added it to the bowl when I added the cilantro. It was delicious, and would have been with or without the prosciutto.

A Vegan would not use chicken broth.
If you are making this for a Vegan, DO NOT use chicken broth. It's good with vegetable broth.
