Really tasty!!!
very Asian and yummy. I used ground turkey instead and followed the recipe. I used a jalapeño pepper, and would add more next time for a little heat. also, perhaps hot curry instead. I also added garlic to the sauce. I served it with brown rice and the lettuce and it was so filling and satisfying. will make it again!!! SO GOOD!!

This was OK
The meatballs tasted ok, but they really didn't wow me. I dont think I will be making this again. It is not that it was bad, it was just what ever. I love curries and Asian style food, this recipe just falls short. : (

This is a keeper!
These meatballs are a must to try. My family loved them. I used both pork & beef (1lb ea), did not have any leeks, and used a dried chile pepper instead of fresh. Because I used 2lbs I doubled all the ingredients. They were amazing! I will definitely make them again.

Perfect flavor combination
I made these exactly as the recipe stated and would make no changes. They were simply awesome! I was a little concerned with both flour and corn starch; but it worked great to hold them together. I chilled them for about 3 hours. The aromatics of the sauce is simply devine! My husband I were both very enthused to get these on the table-we'll make these again and share with guests.
