YOU WILL BE SUPRISED THE STEAKS ARE DELICIOUS, NOT SALTY OR TOO PEPPER TASTING.
RECIPE INGREDIENTS
4   RIBEYE STEAKS APPROXIMATELY 1-1/2" THICK
GROUND PEPPER
KOSHER SALT
GAS GRILL
DIRECTIONS
ON ONE SIDE OF THE STEAKS SALT TO TASTE, NOW SALT THAT SIDE TO TASTE AGAIN.


TAKE YOUR PEPPER MILL AND COVER THE SAME SIDE OF THE STEAK UNTIL IT IS COMPETELY COVERED WITH PEPPER.


PAT THE SALT AND PEPPER INTO THE STEAKS, TURN THE STEAKS OVER AND LIGHTLY SALT AND PEPPER THAT SIDE.


PREHEAT YOUR GRILL TO 500' PLACE YOUR STEAKS ON THE GRILL, HEAVY SALT AND PEPPER SIDE DOWN.


JUST AS THE STEAKS ARE BECOMING CHARRED BLACK, FLIP YOUR STEAKS TO THE OTHER SIDE, TURN YOUR GRILL OFF, CLOSE THE LID ON YOUR B-B-Q


REMOVE THE MEAT AFTER APPROXIMATELY FIVE MINUTES. LET THE MEAT REST FOR FIVE TO SEVEN MINUTES AND SERVE CHARRED SIDE UP.

I had to do them over charcoal. I grilled 5 min, turned for grill marks 2 min, flipped over, put them off direct heat 2 min.
